Gainomax Banana Flavour

I drink it, like my family. The Gym Family, I mean, consisting of Gaia, Centi and whoever hangs with us. Celebrated my vacation with 90 mins at the gym right after work. I did my leg exercises with heavier load than ever (50kg on the shoulders), and even tried bench press for the first time in ~10 years. 40 kg after being in rehab for dislocated shoulders (yes, both) since January was for me a good start.

Then, again, a late night swim. I'm totally addicted...
