Soon dead from sugar and deep fried food!!!

Everything in this country contains tons of sugar, or is deep fried. Maybe I should be glad that it's not common practice to combine those two?

Constantly tired and really not fit for all this practicing, we eat white bread for breakfast and potatoes and deepfried whateer for dinner/lunch. I will soon start chewing on branches, or furniture, for the fibres... A kingdom for quinoa and a carrot!!!
